Check In/Checkout for hotel guests: Tropicana hotel’s check in time is 3:00 pm, and check out time is 12 12 noom. The hotel Will make every effort to provide the room in time. Lete checkout requests may be made through the front desk only, and are subject to determination base don hotel occupancy. Additional charges may apply.
Checking out after 12:00pm without any authorization Will have a charge of the half rete for the room.
The hotel band is your identification as guest from Tropicana hotel, so you have to wear it all the time, otherwise if you don’t wear it security guard Will stop you in the gate or in the public áreas, if it get damage ori s getting loose please go directly to the front desk in order to replece it due if you lose the band, it Will have a charge of $17 USD.
During the check in you must receive the next amenities:
TV remote, A/C remote and room key. (one key for room) (Extra keys are under availability as box save are)
Is very important to brin gus back all the amenities provided (TV, A/C Remote box sabe and keys, otherwise if you do not bring those, additional charges may apply.
Third and Extra Person Fee: Room rates are listed for single / double occupancy.
Additional adults sharing a room Will incur a charange of $20. USA per nigth, per person, up to four in a room.
Roll Away Beds, Sofa Beds:
Due to Roll away beds are free service, this requirements are under availability (note: queen rooms do not accommodate a rollaway) and requests must be confirmed at the front desk directly.
Hotel Payment policy:
In order for guest accommodations to be confirmed payment of accommodations must be do at the time of check in.

OTHER POLICIES:
1.- Guests mustn’t wear wet shoes or sandals in the building corridors.
2.- Is not allowed to hang the towels and clothes up in the balcony.
3.- Guests are not allowed to drink ore at into the pool
4.- Pets are not allowed in the property.
5.- Loud music and excessive noise is not allowed in the property
6.- Children under 12 years old must be supervised b yan adult.
7.- Babis must use appropiate swimming diapers in the pool, it’s important to know that is not allowed to change diapers in the public áreas, it must be done in the roo mor in the public toilet.
8.- Towel stand Schedule is from 9:00am to 6:00pm, if you didn’t bring the towel back before 6:00pm you must go to the front desk in order to give them back the towel, make sure you got back your receip to avoid additional charges.
9.- The furniture is for the appropiate using, children can’t play wicth them or jump in the sofas, beds and so on.
10.- Guest are not allowed to sneak cigarettes into the roo mor in the public áreas.
11.- Fireworks and guns are not allowed in the hotel.
12.- Guest are not allowed to stay in the bar after 11:00pm
13.- Pool Schedule is from 9:00am to 8:00pm, guest are not allowed to get into the pool after that time
14.- Is not allowed to set Wood fires in the beach área of the hotel
15.- Guest are not allowed to sneak people into the room, if you want to have some visitors you must ask for a day pass, which it is just for using the facilites, however, if you want them to get into the room, you must pay $250 pesos per person.
16.- Is not allowed to consume any kind of drugs in the hotel.
